By using the Website and/or purchasing digital content, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. Definitions
Digital content / E-book – electronic files (PDF/ePub/Mobi/Audio etc.) delivered via download/link.
User – the person who accesses the Website.
Customer – the person who purchases digital content.
Account – a profile created on the Website for managing purchases.
Licence – a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased content, in accordance with section 6.
2. Access and eligibility
The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. To make a purchase you must be 18+ years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
3. Information, prices, fees
Prices are in [RON] and [include/do not include] VAT. We reserve the right to change prices/descriptions; confirmed orders are not affected.
4. User account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorised access.
5. Order, payment and invoicing
The order you place represents an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon electronic confirmation of the order.

6. Delivery of digital content
After payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link in your account and/or by e-mail.
Links may have a limited number of downloads and a validity period in order to prevent abuse.
7. Licence of use (rights and restrictions)
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, for personal use only. You are not allowed to:
distribute, upload to other websites, sell, lend or make the content publicly available;
remove DRM/watermarks or technical protection measures;
use the content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Infringement of these rights may lead to suspension of the account and/or civil/criminal liability.
8. Right of withdrawal & refunds (GEO 34/2014)
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply after the supply has begun (download) with the consumer’s express consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Our refund policy:
If you encounter technical issues when downloading or a corrupted file, we will fix it (reactivate link/file) or refund in justified cases.
In case of double payment/processing error, we will refund the full amount.
9. Technical support and minimum requirements
You need a compatible device and software (e.g. PDF/ePub reader application).

10. Intellectual property
All e-books and materials on the Website are protected by copyright. The licence does not transfer intellectual property. Trademarks, logos and graphic elements belong to the Operator or their respective owners.
11. Third-party content / Marketplace (optional, tick if applicable)
If certain titles are uploaded by third-party authors/publishers, they warrant that they hold the distribution rights. Any copyright-related complaints can be sent to [legal@novapera.ro]; we will act promptly (temporary delisting, verification, remediation).
12. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use the Website for: IP infringement, attacks (excessive scraping, brute-force), unauthorised distribution, illegal/offensive content, fraud or any other acts that may cause damage.
13. Limitation of liability
We make efforts to ensure the accuracy of information and the availability of services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product; we are not liable for indirect losses.
14. Data protection & cookies
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR). We use cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy. Please read them.
15. Anti-abuse measures and suspension
We reserve the right to limit downloads, block IPs or suspend accounts in case of reasonable suspicions of abuse/piracy, with prior notice to the user.
16. Changes
We may update this document; the current version is displayed on the Website, together with the date of the last update. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law & dispute resolution
Governing law: Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably; failing that, by the competent courts in [locality].
